Automated Delivery of Your Recorded Message to Answering Machines

call_center_rep_3When the dialer reaches an answer machine, each campaign’s calling session can be programmed to either

  • hang-up and move to another call
  • connect the call to an agent, who leaves a message on the machine
  • automatically leave a pre-recorded message on the answer machine.

Once programmed, the process is completely automatic, so the agent doesn’t need to take any special actions.
