Automated Delivery of Your Recorded Message to Answering Machines
When the dialer reaches an answer machine, each campaign’s calling session can be programmed to either
- hang-up and move to another call
- connect the call to an agent, who leaves a message on the machine
- automatically leave a pre-recorded message on the answer machine.
Once programmed, the process is completely automatic, so the agent doesn’t need to take any special actions.
