Our system will automatically identify your most important calls by the length of the call (call duration), noting those calls which the agent has marked for follow up, as well as other factors.
Information generated by these calls will be emailed to you automatically at the completion of each such call.
The emailed message will include all of the information that was included in your uploaded calling list, along with the name / address shown by our own inhouse database for the phone number called.
