Some dialers allow you to listen in on your agents, calls, passively.  This type of management requires hours of time to identify problems.

Recording of Calls

Our system records and saves important calls based on duration, disposition type, or other criteria.  You can hear the recordings directly from your web-based control panel, easily sorting them by campaign, call length or agent. You can even monitor calls in progress.

You can also download the recordings as MP3 files for training or third party verification purposes.

Recorded Call Storage

If you need extended preservation of recorded calls, we can have your recordings automatically transferred to an FTP Storage Location. All you need to do is inform your representative of your FTP IP address and login information, and we’ll automatically transfer your recordings.
