Free DNC Scrubbing & Calling List Processing
Whenever you upload a calling list to our system, you are given the choice to
- Scrub your list versus the Federal Do Not Call (DNC) List
- Scrub your list versus our in-house DNC list
- De-dup and randomize your list
These functions are all optional, and they are all set by default to “yes”. But should you not want to do any or all of these functions to your list, it is simple to change the settings accordingly, prior to uploading your list to the dialer.
Federal DNC Scrubbing
We subscribe to the Federal Do Not Call Registry, and upload the DNC list monthly. If you choose to scrub your list against the Federal DNC, all numbers that have appeared in the Federal DNC list for 30 days or more will be removed from your calling list after it is uploaded to the dialer.
In-House DNC Scrubbing
We maintain a list of all telephone numbers that have requested to be placed on our own in-house do not call list, which we maintain in real time. Similar to the function of the Federal DNC scrubbing, if you choose to scrub against this list, any numbers that appear on our in-house DNC list at the time of the upload will be removed from your list.
De-Duplicate & Randomize
As the name of the function states, if you choose this function, your list will be checked for duplicate telephone numbers, and have all duplicates removed, and then the order of phone numbers in the list will be randomized. The de-duplication function applies only to duplicate numbers appearing in the single list being uploaded – the list is not checked for duplicate numbers that may have appeared in previous lists you have dialed.
