No Fees – Simple Pricing

call_center_rep_3This system is designed to be simple.  So is our pricing.  We only charge for your usage of the system.

No Setup Fees

Many predictive dialers charge setup fees before dialing begins.  Not us.  We’ve created a system where all of the setup functions are handled by our hosted software.  There’s simply no need for us to charge you anything before you start dialing and getting your call center busy.

No Monthly Fees, No Annual Fees, No Licensing Fees

Once your account is setup, many providers charge a recurring fee that has nothing to do with how much you use the system.  That’s just greedy.  There’s no good reason for it.  We only charge you for what you use.

No Per Seat Fees

Many predictive dialers charge monthly fees based on the number of reps, or “seats” in your call center, that can have access to the dialing system.  This sounds like it might be a reasonable fee, since a call center with 30 seats will use a lot more than one with only 5 seats.

But it’s much less reasonable than it appears.  Because you’ll need to pay for the maximum number of seats that you’ll ever use at any time during a month.  With that in mind, please answer these questions;

  1. Does you call center use the same number of agents each day?
  2. Each hour?
  3. Or does the number of agents you use change, depending on your needs, and depending on your staffing level?

If you’re like most call centers, the number of agents calling changes all the time.  So, if you’re stuck paying by the seat, you will be paying for “seats” that aren’t used.  You can either be flexible by paying too much, or pay less and lose a lot of flexibility.

Our system charges are based solely on your usage.  If you want to use 2 agents for 1 hour one day, and use 50 agents for 8 hours the next, or change the number of agents during a given day, it doesn’t matter to us.  Our system allows you to operate as flexibly as you need to, without penalizing you with undue charges.
