Unlike others, our system does not require any special equipment, no USB headsets, and no software to install on your computers.

If your call center uses VOIP, calls are sent directly to your VoIP system via SIP for maximum performance (our system normally has latency (round trip) less than 15 millisec. within the United States, and for calls between US and India/Pakistan, less than 190 millisec. latency.

Our all-digital network delivers calls to the regular phone network, to the cellular network, or to any VOIP connection.

Many predictive dialing systems require a computer for each agent, with special software installed.
