Remote or Call Center Agents – Up to 80 Agents per Campaign
This system is easy to use, whether your agents are sitting in a call center, or are working remotely, or both.
Remote Agents
If your agents are working remotely, they will need an internet-connected computer to log in to the campaign and begin their calling session themselves. If you prefer, you will be able to initiate a calling session for any agent, whether in a call center near to you, or remote from you. The initiation of an agent calling session does require an internet-connected computer, while the calling session itself requires only a telephone.
Monitoring Agent Sessions
You are always able to monitor which agents are working, as each agent’s id is listed in the web-based control panel.
Up to 80 Agents per Campaign
You can utilize up to 80 agents at one time for a campaign. If you need additional agents, this is simply a matter of managing multiple campaigns. In this manner, there is no limit to the number of agents that can be employed.
