Screen Pops Display Caller Data
Your agents can see real-time, live screen pops with the called party’s information.
This exclusive feature provides two types of information.
- “Phone book” type information (name & address) for the phone number being connected.
- Proprietary information that you have provided with your calling list.
Public Phone Book Data
When your agent is connected with a called party, our system does a quick reverse lookup for the phone number, and displays whatever name & address information appears in our public telephone number database. This can be useful, but it is admittedly somewhat subject to error, due to telephone number and other changes over time in the database.
Your Proprietary Data
This is where the real power of the screen pop system is revealed. When you upload your calling list, if you desire, you can also include any information about that phone number. All you need to do is prepare your upload list into a comma-delimited file (.csv), with all of the data about each phone number contained in a single row of cells.
The data order in the file does not matter. The telephone number may appear anywhere. There is virtually no limit to how much other data you include in each record. There are absolutely no formatting or ordering requirements, aside from needing to be in a comma-delimited file.
When a called party is connected, our system looks up your data file, and the screen pop will display any additional data. Every item of data, or cell, will be displayed in a different row in the screen pop.
You can provide every agent with exactly the information they need.
This feature is available to each agent who has an internet-connected computer.
